All payments for advertising must be made in full before the campaign will begin. Furthermore, your advertising page must comply fully with the following conditions:

1. KwickHits.com WILL NOT accept ads or websites that contain, provide, or link to content that is not appropriate for viewing by the general public.

The following are examples of the type of sites we WILL NOT deliver visitors to:

* Sites with pornography, sexual or erotic material, adult business opportunities or sites that contain links to any of the above such content.

* Sites containing or linking to software piracy, pirating, hacking and spamming etc.

* Sites containing or linking to ANY form of illegal activity or material

* Sites with excessive violence, obscene or vulgar language, or abusive content

* Sites that participate in or transmit SPAM of any kind, whether it be Newsgroup postings or unsolicited email.

* Sites promoting any type of illegal schemes, false or deceptive investment advice and/or deceptive money-making opportunities

* KwickHits reserves the right to reject any website they deem as questionable. If you have questions about your website, ASK BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

2. Your Advertisement Page must not contain any other popup windows. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including popups, pop-behinds, or exit popups windows. If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, KwickHits.com may stop the campaign and you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund.

3. Your Advertisement Page can not have background music or sounds that automatically plays. You can have sound on your website but the viewer must activate the sound, it can not automatically play when they reach your website.

4. Your Advertisement Page can not contain scripts that alter users browser settings.

5. Your Advertisement Page can not contain any frame breaking codes.

6. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, KwickHits.com WILL stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you will NOT be entitled to a refund.

7. Your Advertisement Page can not contain any type of virus, spyware or malicious code.

Kwickhits.Com reserves the right to alter, withdraw or discontinue any said membership with kwickhits.com at any time KwickHits.com deems appropriate.
