Q: How do I know the traffic I paid for has been delivered?
A: Once we start your campaign, you will be notified by email usually within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. (not including weekends). In this email you will find a special link so you can check the full online stats for your campaign. When accessing your customer area, you can also change how fast your order is processed by choosing how many hits per hour you wish to receive. You may also put a hit counter on your site to track the amount of hits you ordered are actually being delivered to your website.

Q: There is a difference between my hit counter and what my online stats show! Why does this happen?
A: First, you need to check raw server logs instead hit counters. Raw server logs from the hosting company are more accurate then hit counters that you install on your website. Examine the raw server logs versus your hit counter and you will find any discrepancy. Some Hit counters (especially free counters) count a visitor after 20 seconds or more plus they may count a unique hit as the same visitor visting only once within a 24 hour period or more. Our system counts a visitor after 12 seconds and with a unique being ever 12 hours to be counted. If the counter you are using does not count a visitor like our system, there will always be a difference.
